My role and responsibilities:

Consumer experience research, design sprint workshop coordination, client presentation and collaboration, site navigation, wireframing.

Providence Health & Services is a non-profit Catholic health care system operating multiple hospitals across 6 states, with headquarters in Renton, Washington. They requested help from VMLY&R for a redesign, and some larger thinking about the state of online healthcare and the experience of a visit to the doctor thru digital experiences.
Beginning with a series of workshops centered around design sprints and consumer experience (CX) thinking, we worked with the client to create a collaborative and shared vision for the future, while grounding the thinking in some more immediate tools, features, and bite-size steps to consider in the near-term future.
At the same time, I worked on a mobile-first approach to redesigning the website experience with a brand refresh, as well as focusing on the online booking process for a doctor's appointment.
