Ford: The Future of Vehicle Ordering
My role and responsibilities: Concepting, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, production, presentation and client engagement.
Timeline: Six months (2022).
Ford asked VML to rethink the consumer experience of pre-ordering a new vehicle thru the Ford.com experience, from joining the waiting list to driving home from the car dealership in their new purchase. A small team created a mid-fidelity Figma prototype for user testing and early rounds of feedback, which then provided the Ford internal design teams with a roadmap to move forward as they improved their online ordering experience.
